SBRE was founded by Michael Byrne and Ali Saleh in October 2024, driven by a shared vision to transform the real estate industry. They recognized a significant gap in agent training and support, which motivated them to create an agency that prioritizes professionalism and client-centric service. While growth and scale are important, their true goal is to build the most professional and client-focused real estate agency in Dubai and beyond.

At SBRE, they believe that a client-first approach begins with the agents themselves. Both Michael and Ali are deeply committed to personally training every agent to meet the high standards they set for professionalism in the market. This hands-on training ensures that agents not only excel in their roles but also positively impact how clients experience SBRE, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Michael Byrne

Originally from Ireland, began honing his sales skills while attending university, where he financed his tuition through door-to-door sales after lectures. He launched his professional career at a B2B IT events company, where he quickly rose to become the top sales consultant out of a team of 160. Over the following years, he gained diverse experience across sectors such as legal recruitment and sales, before relocating to Dubai, where he was drawn to the dynamic real estate market. In his first year in real estate, Michael achieved remarkable success, setting a record with 53 confirmed transactions, averaging over one property sale per week in 2023.
Recognizing a significant gap in professionalism within the Dubai real estate industry, Michael became determined to share his expertise with others. He is now focused on building a client-first agency, SBRE, founded on the principles of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to developing top-tier agents who consistently deliver exceptional service.

Ali Saleh

Originally from Australia, Ali Saleh began developing his real estate expertise at an early age, diving straight into the real estate market after school in Sydney, quickly rising to become one of the top agents in his area. During a visit to Dubai, he immediately saw the immense potential within the market and recognized the opportunity to apply his skills in a rapidly evolving industry. With a keen eye for the gaps in the Dubai real estate landscape, Ali set out to make his mark.
Through his dynamic energy and passion for the industry, Ali rapidly built a strong online presence, establishing himself as one of the most recognized and sought-after agents in the market. His enthusiasm, determination, and commitment to his craft have made real estate not just a profession, but a lifestyle.
Ali’s vision for SBRE is to recruit and develop the next generation of off-plan real estate experts, using his skills to build a recognizable brand not only in Dubai, but across the globe.
