This policy explains how S B R E Real Estate L.L.C ("SBRE", "we"), a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai (trade licence no. 1367648), handles personal data collected through sbrealestate.ae.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use a contact or property enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number, your message and, for property enquiries, the property reference.
• Direct contact. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp we receive the details you share with us through that channel.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to keep the website secure and running. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and help you buy, sell, rent or let property.
• To pass your enquiry to the SBRE agent responsible for the property you asked about.
• To keep records required by UAE law and by the Dubai Land Department and RERA.
• To protect the website and our forms against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled by SBRE staff and the agent responsible for the property. We use trusted service providers to run the website, email and our client records (for example Amazon Web Services and Google Workspace); they process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data may be processed outside the UAE by our service providers, with appropriate safeguards. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email admin@sbrealestate.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
